Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience requiredAdvanced degree in business management or other relevant field with 5+ years of experience strongly preferredRelevant experience desired includes:Working in top tier consulting firm or similar preferredExperience working with non-profit/International NGO organizationsExperience working with M4P approach preferredPrior value chain experience in area of seed crops (e.g., cotton) preferredExceptionally strong project management and analytical skills as evidenced by leading roles on engagements of significant scaleDemonstrated ability to effectively service clients, particularly in the for-profit sectorDemonstrates strong passion for assisting clients in building profitable and sustainable businesses that benefit the rural poorStrong interpersonal and cross-cultural skillsExcellent oral & written presentation skills requiredProven ability to build rapport among internal and external stakeholdersWillingness to travel internationally and domestically when necessary
