Job Description
Job Purpose
Objectives: Assist Regional Manager in attaining all sales goals; monitors daily sales performances and makes necessary adjustments to achieve sales budgets; monitors and ensures compliance with all company sales policies in the assigned branch.
Key tasks, duties and responsibilities:
- Direct sales of Company products to prospective clients.
- Increase unit sales by meeting sales targets.
- Ensure all sales targets are achieved
- Sensitization clients about Tujijenge Tanzania products.
Qualifications ·
- Diploma/ Degree preferred in marketing, Sales or Business Administration ·
- At least 1 year experience with field moving goods, insurance, banking institution. ·
- Preferably experience in the microfinance, banking, insurance or related industry ·
- Excellent team leadership skills, communication, organization and presentation skills
