PROGRAMME OFFICER - MONITORING AND EVALUATIONS OFFICER

The positions reports to the programme manager and will coordinate and provide techinical support to the coordinate approach towards community eye health project in TANZANIA through planning implementations monitoring and evaluation of project activities
the ideal candidate will pocess university degree in social science development studies public health or equivaalent from a recognised university
THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE
- A minimum 3 years working experience ideally in an NGO enviroment
- experience ain all aspects of projects management in a community level development programmes
-experience in health programming
-the sucessful candidate will have demostrated experience in programme and project management
-monitoring and evaluations reports writting
- working with a number of partners
-experience and understanding of governance syestems particullary the sector will be advantagesous
you will have strong interpersonal, communications, capacity building or facilitations skills ability to work under the minimum supervision, ability to work with projects and budgets and indepth knowledge of compuetr packages and global ICT communication syestems
